Donate $5,000 - You will receive Conference Registration for four (4) individuals, and three (3) night stay at the conference hotel. You will also be mentioned in our conference materials and on the website.
Donate $3,000 - You will receive Conference Registration for four (4) individuals, and two-night stay at the conference hotel. You will also be mentioned in our conference materials and on the website.
Donate $2,000 - Get free registration for four individuals and one night at the conference hotel. You will also be mentioned in our conference materials and on the website.
Donate $1,000 - Get free registration for four individuals. You will be mentioned on the conference materials and on the website.
(Reward recipients must make their own hotel reservations; internal changes will be made for payment of rooms. Each donor will receive a unique conference registration code. Conference registration form required. )
Sponsorship Opportunities
Event Sponsor: $20,000 - Covers the park buy out and food and beverage for the attendees.
Breakfast Sponsor: $15,000 - Covers the cost of continental breakfast plus one add on for one day. (three sponsorships available)
Welcome Reception Sponsor: $15,000 - Covers food and beverage and entertainment (Mariachi's) for the Thursday evening event.
Audio Visual Sponsor: $10,000 - Assists in covering the audio visual needs for the conference.
Sibling Outing Sponsor: $10,000 - Covers the Sibling outing to Andretti's Go Karting and lunch
Volunteer Lunch Sponsor: $5,000 - Provides lunch on Saturday for our amazing volunteers
Speaker Sponsor: $2,000 - To help offset the cost to house a speaker or two for the night.
KidCare Room Sponsor: $500 - Assists us in maintaining a safe environment and complete the rooms with items to play with and food and beverage.
AmySue's Place (hospitality suite) Sponsor: $500 - Assists us in stocking the hospitality room with food and bevearge for families to enjoy in the evening hours.
All Sponsors will be listed on our conference app, signage at the registration table and website. Signage will also be displayed at the event you sponsor.
